A bit of friendly competition for the lawn. Archery, laser clay, cocktail-making, dance and life drawing can all be arranged at the house — here’s who to ask.
Activities are booked separately from your stay, so agree prices, cancellation terms, ages and any visiting arrangements directly with the supplier — and let us know what you’re planning so we can make sure the house is ready for them.

Clayzer - Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting
Laser clay shooting that comes out to the drive, using adapted equipment so everyone can have a go. Clayzer will talk you through the safety side, your group size and how much room they need.
Cocktails And Games
A bartender who takes the whole group through shaking, stirring and pouring their own drinks. Set the menu ahead of time — the alcohol-free ones included — and agree how long the session should run.
Life Drawing with Eve
Hens with Pens run themed life-drawing sessions with a laugh built in. Eve can talk through packages, models and materials, and whether the format suits your group.
All Steps First Dance
Kiri and the All Steps First Dance team teach the group a routine, from first shuffle to the final performance. Tell them the music you fancy, the style, your numbers and how much floor you’ve got.
Southwest Dance Parties
Amanda and Southwest Dance Parties put a session together for the group. Agree the routine, the ages and which room or lawn it will happen in before you book.
Guided Bike Rides or Bike Hire
Sue and Tony hire out bikes and guide rides across the Somerset Levels. They can deliver to the house or meet you in Langport — just tell them your sizes, whether you need helmets and how far you fancy riding.
