Goodswen & Belle Felting Workshops
Are you looking for something to do on holiday and Fancy testing your creative skills by attending one of Liberty’s felting workshops.
Liberty has been a professional Felter and experienced instructor for over 10 years. With a love of nature which is fundamental in her creations full of warmth and whimsy. Recently featuring on Channel 4's Handmade Christmas with Kirstie Allsop as a Craft Champion in 2022 and again in 2023.
Felting perfect for beginners and beyond - Liberty takes you through step by step and you can ask questions in the chat on live workshops. She has her own studio in the local town of Langport if you fancy a morning out 10am – 1pm £36 everything included + coffee and cake. Or if you fancy a full day workshop this is from 10am until 4/4:30pm £75 including lunch.
If you want to stay in the comfort of your own Holiday home, she can bring her studio to you. Workshops are for 4 people or more or you can attend one of her pre-organised workshop found on her website

Clayzer - Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting
Do you fancy trying something new?
Clayzer; Laser clay pigeon shooting is a sport which can be enjoyed by everyone. They come here to Little Upton so you can enjoy this activity without needing to worry about transport.
The participants use real shotguns that have been deactivated and modified, it's important to note that the guns use infra-red technology, not laser and are completely harmless, the guns fire a beam at clays launched from a conventional clay trap that launches them a distance of about 35m.
Whenever a trigger is pulled, the scoreboard generates the shotgun ‘bang’ and when a player hits the target it reproduces the sound of a breaking clay. An indicator on the gun instantly tells the player whether he has hit or missed the target, and spectators and players can see the score of each player on the large electronic scoreboard.
Up to 5 people can shoot at the same targets launched from a number of different positions at various speeds and angles. There are several game options ensuring there is something suitable for everyone's individual ability and experience from beginners to more advanced. Point are scored when the targets are hit and the highest points scorer at the end wins.

Battle Zone Archery, Archery & Axe/Knife Throwing
Fancy trying something new during your break at Little Upton?
Battle Zone Archery is a thrilling outdoor activity, blending elements of paintball and traditional archery for an exciting experience. The game typically involves two teams competing against each other in a "combat arena" setting, using bows and foam-tipped arrows to hit opponents whilst diving for cover behind inflatable obstacles. It's a safe and adrenaline-pumping way to enjoy archery.

Southwest Dance Parties
Amanda started dancing herself from a young age studying locally here in the south west. She started performing professionally from the age of 8, performing in musicals such as hairspray, the little mermaid, frozen the musical, Oliver and many other shows; both regionally and nationally.
Amanda has been a choreographer for over 25 years and has studied many different forms of dance in her career. She recently had the opportunity to work alongside Katy Brand and Lee Latchford-Evans from Steps whilst working on a horror/comedy film.
Whether you are a hen party, a group of family or friends or a corporate company, interested in dance classes; southwest dance parties are the company for you. Amanda also offers first dances and lip sync/ pop video packages. Amanda is happy to work around everyone’s individual needs.
