Little Upton has four large group holiday houses in Long Sutton, Somerset, each booked separately. Vedalworks sleeps up to 24 (7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms) — step-free, with a cocktail bar, cinema-karaoke room and private heated pool. Upton Bourn Lodge sleeps up to 23 (6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms) — a double-height dining room and private heated pool. The Pictureworks sleeps up to 22 (7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms) — a private spa with hot tub, sauna and steam room, plus a private heated pool. The Threshing Barn sleeps up to 18 (8 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms) — three stone barns with a daily private session in the walled-garden pool.

Every house has its own private hot tub and sauna, available year-round; The Pictureworks also has a steam room. The Pictureworks and Upton Bourn Lodge have private heated outdoor pools (Easter–October), and Vedalworks has its own (May–September). The Threshing Barn has an exclusive 2.5-hour daily session in the shared walled-garden pool, May–September.

Yes. Hen weekends, milestone birthdays, reunions and family gatherings are what the houses are for. Outdoor quiet hours run 10pm–8am and hot tubs close at 10pm; music and celebrating inside the house are welcome after 10pm. Additional visitors need our written agreement, and unauthorised parties are not allowed — tell us about your plans.

Yes. Every house seats the whole group together indoors. For a night off cooking, choose a private chef or caterer from our vetted local list; chefs are a paid extra, booked with the supplier.

Yes. Vedalworks is single level with no steps inside or out, including to the pool and hot tub. It has a wet room with a comfort-height toilet and shower seat, disabled parking and a guest entrance wider than 81cm.

Little Upton is at Little Upton Bridge Farm, Long Sutton, Langport, Somerset TA10 9NJ, on the edge of the Somerset Levels. It is about 2.5 hours’ drive from London, depending on traffic and starting point. The nearest railway stations are Yeovil Junction (about 25 minutes by car), Castle Cary (about 20 minutes) and Taunton (about 30 minutes). Two pubs are within a mile, and Harry’s Cider is 500m away.

Yes. Dogs are welcome at all four houses — tell us before you book so we can prepare. Dogs must not be left alone in the house or allowed in bedrooms, on furniture or in pool areas.
