Private catering, pampering and organised activities can be arranged separately. These are paid extras, not part of the house price, and depend on supplier availability. Contact us for introductions and agree the cost directly before booking.

Music and dancing inside are welcome at any hour — quiet hours (10pm–8am) just ask you to keep outdoor noise down after 10pm. Hot tubs close at 10pm. No unauthorised parties or additional visitors. Planning something bigger? Contact us before committing.
